Instagram has millions of accounts dedicated to makeup. Speaking for myself, I could spend hours scrolling through makeup artists' feeds and trying to learn how to perfect a smokey eye or winged eyeliner. Seriously- hours. Over the few years I've had an Instagram, I've compiled a list of the top 5 makeup accounts you should most definitely be following.
1. @jaclynhill
Unless you've been MIA for the past few years you'd know who, or at least heard of, Jaclyn Hill, aka Queen of Makeup, more specifically highlighter (that Becca highlight though!!)
2. @jamescharles
His bio explains him best: seventeen year old with a few blending brushes. He was signed as Covergirl's first male model not too long ago and has blown up on Instagram and YouTube.
3. @hudabeauty
She started off as a blogger and now has over 17 million followers on Instagram! She posts amazing (and short) makeup tutorials, skin care routines, etc.
4. @kandeejohnson
Fun fact: when I was a little kid my mom and I would watch Kandee's Disney princess makeup tutorials. She is the kindest, most bubbly person and is an absolute PRO at makeup.
5. @nikkietutorials
I mean, do I really need to say anything about Nikkie? Although she's better known on YouTube, she does rack up over 6 million followers on Insta... she's so so talented- this girl knows what she's doing.
I LOVE these makeup accounts- the people who own them are so kind and extremely talented... I suggest you go follow them;)
